Sellers Jump?

Posted on August 12, 2010
Right now I seem to be meeting with a lot of sellers contemplating if they should or should not sell their home. They are balancing on the tight wire of indecision. Many think that they should wait for the market (value) to come back. The great thing about real estate is that buying and selling run parallel. If you sell low, you also buy low (right now you buy even lower with rates in the 4's). If you sell high you also buy high. Therefore, the decision should be based on what your goals and needs are. Market fear, should not be a driving force. Downsizing, upsizing, job location, needed change and so forth should be the driving force in making the decision. Look at your home as a HOME, a place for you and your family to live and create memories. This should allow you to remove the investment factor that pushed the market out of control in the first place and help you make a sound decision that is best for you and your family. Most importantly it will help you get off that tight wire and move on with your life.

I am always available for any real estate questions. Keep me in mind when you or your friends are considering buying/selling a home.
