When business is exploding or when the economy is in 'crisis' mode, I absolutely love what I do. Yes, I do enjoy the hunt when helping buyers and the challenge of maximizing the selling price while minimizing the time on market. The negotiations I simply thrive on! (At the UW I took several negotiation classes while getting my degree in business and, without question, those were my favorite classes. Now I get to do it all day long.) The contract paperwork, well, that isn't as fun, but it is a necessary evil. Dealing with loan officers (unless it is my couple of favorites), will explain the lack of hair - haha. My favorite part of being a Realtor is, without any question, the people I get to work with. My range of current clients is early 20's to early 70's and they are all a blast to work with. I do wish I could tell people their home was worth what it was in July of '07, but once we get past the reality check it is a blast! Thank you to all my past, present and future clients (if you are nice) for making my job so enjoyable.
